#18 Feels like an update of our current logo...a step in the right direction. Can you please branch from this one towards other ideas derived from it?
#15 Caught our eye also. However, the arc seems to interfere a little much with the word and we're concerned about readability. Can you experiment with a more subtle use of the arc, and/or perhaps colors?
#14 Is also inspired on our current logo, this one also has promise, can you experiment with the fonts a little? Perhaps the word "Capital" is a little too faint, maybe giving it a little bit more prominence would help.
#11 Maybe with a different font, something more modern and simple?
