The final version is cut off at the bottom. why is that?

Why is the bottom cut off on the final version? It should be square blue background with logo in the middle
The final has the letters running asking the bottom border. It's not like we approved

I sent #678 and #679 with a different background.
But you should know that usually, the best, are the logos without the background, and after, you can put the logo over any blue, just like example, if I provide you a PNG with the logo, it will be transparent, then, you can put over any background, any blue, because if you use in a website, the blue will be a rbg blue, and if you print in a business card, the blue will be another, even if they looks similar...
I'm sorry for the boring stuff, the only that I want to explain is that the most important is if the logo looks nice with different tones of blue, but the background maybe will be different... will be just one just in the case that you wanted the logo inside an square of blue.

I'm sorry, my English is not good enough and I don't know if my explanation is right.

I sent some updates following your instructions, the only thing that I can't do is to use a earth globe, I can use my own "globe" that I used in the blind phase, but not an earth globe, because other designers did before me in the blind phase and I can't use that "idea"... like them can't use my concepts neither... I'm sorry about that, I hope that you understand.
