Welcome to Logo Tournament. Thanks for a minute of your time. I chose your contest because Real Estate logos are one of my strongest target client groups. I specialize in this type of concept.
I like to use the idea of the "little white picket fence" to represent the American Dream of home ownership. It also makes your agency appear warmer and less generic. Another concept favorite of mine is a lighted horizon. This tells clients your homes provide a bright future. These are strong feelings that the right logo can invoke. They tell a story, while telling who you are.
I chose bold designs that will be visible from a good distance, (on yard signage for example.)
