What you’ve created is a logo that speaks for itself-it is an image of the mission - the softly muted gray world, bold lettering and perfectly stylized knight in service is a beautifully designed layout

Great use of color

Hearts are too ‘cute’ for our message-
Service is sometimes very gritty work
We do like the use of both upper and lower case - try adding an image of a knight kneeling in service and/or world globe

Prefer ‘regular’ l’s as it’s difficult to determine what it is
White background and color’s should be bold earthy blue and green
You could add an image of the world
