Sounds good! I really like this logo, but don't think it is very SF, even though perfect for Pismo. The one that I have ranked ahead of you is black and gold. I think I like the squiggles (or whatever they are). Look at some examples that I uploaded.

am at work now so can't work on this as much as I might want to.

I started Googling logos and uploaded them to my information. I like the idea of including all three icons, but it may be too cluttered (like you said). Maybe something clean and elegant. Black and Gold or White....

I live in SF Bay Area.... I don't want to clutter the design... but can try to include SF icons / Tahoe icons and Pismo Beach icons in some way.

I like the Emphasis on California. At this time, my thought is to have a Black header on my website. This logo would be perfect for my Pismo Beach properties. I'm not sure if it captures the elegance of a SF Victorian or a large Cabin in Tahoe. You see my problem?!?! This is why I came to you smart people for help!

where is the emphasis? CA or Vacation Rentals... I live in the Bay Area myself...
