I like this as as start. Will need a different font. Something that blends with the other logos (see uploaded image). Needs some overall container. Don't want white space behind anything. Again, try to blend this logo with our other logos, so that if they were all printed on one page, they would seem like they are related.
The dashes on either side of Explore probably don't work.
