Thanks for your submissions. These are creative. I think we want something with a container -- like a circle or square or some definite shape. No text with white space by itself. I like your elements used here, but we probably want a simpler look. Just one or two large simple symbols. Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback. How about #13?

And also #22. I can definitely change the colors to add more pop but I was trying to stick to the same colors as your other logos.

I like #22 and #13. Anyway to incorporate the sun? The little pin locator on the california state probably isn't necessary.

Maybe versions without the cursive California?

I really like #26. One change though -- I'm thinking I would like the "Explore California" much larger and more readable. What could you do to make this logo into a rectangle or box shape. Maybe rounded edges or something? Just would like some different looks. Thanks.

I came up with #33. I need to step away from the computer for the rest of the night but I can keep trying tomorrow. Actually, I think any shape I use I don't think I can get the words too much bigger but I look forward to your feedback.

On #26, can you try a bolder, more readable font and add "Winter Camp" underneath in a stylish way?

Also on #26 - what different shapes can you do on the banner shape? Not sure I like those hanging triangle shapes out there.

What do you think of #63?

#63 has potential, but the text looks unnatural. Warped. Don't want the cursive font. Simple and clear are the needs.

In #63, the text was meant to be flowing with the banner. It would be hard to have a waving banner with straight text. That would look somewhat unnatural I think but I can try it.

Yes, I understand it has to be flowing. I was just saying something looks off about it.

In #64, I adjusted the letter "C." That may have been the problem and I adjusted the kerning on the word "explore" to make it flow better with the word California. I also changed the font on Winter Camp. I think it looks pretty good; let me know what you think.

Ok, I don't think the sash style will work. If you have other ideas, go for it. I like you original shape better than the sash. Still need a better font. Thanks.

Do you prefer serif or sans serif fonts?

I'm open to either. Take a look at our other logos. Minion Pro is used for two of them. The SEI one is a different font. Maybe try Minion Pro?

In #68 and #69, I tucked in the sides of the banner so it is not as prominent and I used Minion Pro in #69 and I used a similar font to the SEI one in #68. Let me know your thoughts.
