I like #5 & #10 Although I'd like to see the following two direction changes 1) like the entire logo to be in an Oval w/ graphic / image to be on top half) Like it to use only Blue - perhaps a little darker rich blue Graphic to denote lake or water in front of mountains)
2) need to See CalNeva as 1 word
2nd Design Option to see Logo all contained in a rectangular box with graphic / cion on left hand side reversed out of the blue with the CalNeva to the right. apply same or similar graphic / art direction as above or a little diferent
Colors: like a darker deeper blue - not navy but maybe cobalt or something close that pops, white and with and without a dark gray as 3rd color.
HI LogoStudio, Great Job! You will be selected the winner, but I wanted to ask a couple design questions first. As we like this logo to be utilized 3 different ways a) with Mountains above the logo without circle like entry #9 BUT we Like the fonts best in Entry #56
We will want the logo to be used in the following manners a) without circle - stacked b) with circle - stacked c) with circle - landscape - logo to left.
All with the blue you have on the mountains & CalNeva and the darker blue on the Horizontal line / below mountains and on the "properties"
Also need logo in all black and all white versions with transparent back grounds Can we get this when you upload the files please.

LAST - Important - Please need editable versions so we can replace "Properties" with "Real Estate, Inc." as that is the parent company and we want logo's to look identical.
Please need font types and CMYK colors for both CalNeva & Properties / Real Esate, Inc. And I think the version with just the Mountains 9no circle above the CalNeva is the one we will utlize most / all the time so we may need those mountains to be lowered a little over the Cal Neva.
