Thanks for your designs. We are wanting something more unique for the "mark icon" that doesn't tie us to one specific food item such as tacos, coffee. Starbucks is a good example where the icon is not specific to coffee. Hope my comment helps. Like the burgundy and like a yellow gold for the font colors. Work on it and try some additional fonts with it also
