Regarding flash animations, i am not very familiar with unfortunately but will ask one of my partners to see if he's available for this kind of job.

We have a few questions about the flash:
1 Do you want any specific animation: custom rotation, pop in / out
2 The animation will be a dynamic loop?
3 Do you have any special requirements about the animation?

Great, will give you a quote on that as soon as i hear from my partner. That should b quick.

The animated logo will be used on a splash page or in the website, because if the logo will be used in the web page then the loop should stop - i mean the loop will not be infinite.
It should have a dynamic loop anyway, but at a given time it should stop at the stage of the actual logo look.
Is that right?

The price would vary between a minimum of 300$ up to 600$.
We cannot give you a fixed price yet because:
1 There is needed a short storyboard of the animation stages.
2 We need exactly to know where the logo will be used to better understand how to estimate our work
3 We need to preview the final layout of the website
