I'm not sure how the shimmer effect is created. Is it possible to see the CALIFORNIA EST 1850 in a solid lighter gold/yellow and then to keep the star, bear, and logo in the shimmer effect? Thanks.

Yes it is a zero, I think its just the font I have used that has quite a round zero.
