1. Try one with the two rings a little bolder. 2. And maybe one integrating the C3 next to the ring. 3. And maybe one with only one blue ring, which then it looks like a C. 4. And then one with the single ring and the 3 attached at the top right of the one ring. Hope this is clear. Great job. Thanks.

Like the 30 design, but I like the bldg in 2 and 31 better.
Also, please leave an opening in the circle so it looks more like a C
