I like that it's simple and clean, but I would like to see the "&" in the design and I'm not sure I like the way "INVESTMENT" hangs out so much farther over "GROUP." It makes the design seem sort of uneven. I have no direction on how to really fix that though, I just know it's not quite right for me visually.
