Interesting use of the magnifying glass. Good idea. I like #2 over #1; I don't want to offset the "CR" from the "Houses" too much. It's a clean logo, which I like, but could we get rid of the little window in the "U"? It doesn't seem to really do much for the design. Also, could we please see it with a slightly thicker font so that the word "Houses" is not quite so spread out? Overall, pretty cool concept.

I like #6 much better -- I think it looks much better without the window, and with the letters closer together.

On #8, I don't think this one will work for my business at present since I'm concentrating on residential real estate -- it's almost too formal. However, should I decide to branch into the commercial real estate area (which I am considering), I would really like this look, but would change the name & tag line (I haven't come up with one yet -- probably C R Commercial, but haven't decided).

I like the modern feel of #14 & #15, especially the traingle inside the house image on #15. I like the gradiant of red to black on #15. My only concern on these two are that some people may read it as "G R" instead of "C R" because of some of the ways people write the letter "G".

Would you be willing to try a design with a more elaborate/fancier font?

I like that it's easier to read the "C" in #16. However, I like the tag line underneath the logo instead of on top of it, and I like the thicker font on #15 as opposed to #16. I also still like the gradient in #14.

Take a look at my last brief update where I give some examples of other things I've seen that I liked. So far, I really like your designs. Take a look at these examples, and let's see if it triggers any other ideas for you.

Entry #21 is very intriguing. I get the sense of more formality, more exclusiveness if you will, and I really like the font of the tagline! However, the "CR" part is kind of hard to read, and I don't like the black window thing in it. Perhaps there's some way to incorporate the shadow triangle from some of the earlier designs into it to better define the letters "C" and "R"? Overall, I like the way it's leaning more toward a higher-end feel, but think it might be too simple? I need something that will really catch someone's eye when they see it, especially in print advertisement.

I really like the new entries, especially #33 & #34, and feel like we're on the right track. I like the way the company name and the tag line are done on #33, but am not crazy about the rooftop. I like the rooftop over #34, but don't like the grey shadow within that one. I also like the "R" better on #33 than on #34.

I like your new entries. Thank you for trying the multiple rooftop on #67. Seeing it, for that specific design -- I bow to your original design -- the simple, single rooftop on #36 is more effective.

I like how you've pulled the magnifying glass back more prominantly in the design of #90, and I think it balances very well with the multiple rooftop as well. I hav eto admit though, that Is still keep peeking back at #6 -- it has a simple yet upscale feel that I think would appeal to a great cross-section of clients.
