I have uploaded your requests for #27. #39 and #40 have a bolder "Properties" and #40 is Royal blue. Also, I have uploaded #41 with properties bolder than all my previous entries, but not as bold as #39 and #40.

Also, please remember when asking a designer to edit, to ask the designer privately, and not in the open contest comments.
