Really interesting ideas! I like #61 and #43 the most... The logo should express innovation with reserve, should be modern and somehow traditional not loud, but still audible. Like a normal person who enters a room and has an irresistible aura...

I suggest you to go with #177 type layout because you can use the circular icon on stationary items as your brand mark (just imagine ) Like on shirts pockets , coffee mug on vehicles and on letter head too. The icon alone can represent your brand .
