Perhaps level out the wave more? It looks as though the ship is riding a tsunami! There's also a lot of detail in the ship itself. I'm worried about how it will transfer to a shirt.

I really like the clean look of the font and arrangement of the name. I don't have a problem with the ship, but am looking to show more than just cruising. Otherwise, this is definitely the direction I am looking for!

I understand the element of the balloon, but it just looks out of place.
