I like #111 but would like to stay away from the "tag" look. I DO like the encapsulation, though. Could you try to make the tag more like a simple rounded rectangle? And try color variation with the BUY IT Foreclosures letters. I don't like the green as much as I would like to try and use a lighter color against the dark teal. Try the french vanilla color I mentioned in the brief. Thanks!

My clients also likes #103. Please show some variations of this, maybe using a different path, and colors.
