I like the look of #20, but I don't think I'm crazy about the BUY SELL LIVE ATLANTA being in all caps. I do like the melding of suburban and urban looks, though.
I'm wondering if you can play with the design of the urban buildings in #27 - I'm not sure about the implied tangents where the right and left side of the house rooftop meets the urban buildings.
Feel free to play with the color combinations I mentioned in the brief: "Definitely vibrant shades of green, such as lime or kelly, but NO neon. Paired with EITHER browns, greys, or I especially like greens with navy blue, but a very muted and/or dark navy (no royal, no primary - a blue with lots of grey in it) - think Vera Bradley navy paired with shades of green." I'd like to see the brown with green and the grey (dark, rich grey) with green as those combos might make the logos read differently.
And I'd love a few different font options - I like clean, professional, refined fonts.
Also, I like the shape of #33, but perhaps simplify or reduce the number of urban buildings - it feels a little cluttered and busy.
Again, I don't like the all caps (in #34) but I don't like the font on #33, so if you can find a way to change it and make it more refined and professional - almost elegant, but not too fancy.
