I like the image on #30 and #31, but not the fonts. They need to be more refined and a little more formal and professional.
There needs to be more emphasis on the "Buy" and "Sell" - but not emphasized MORE than the "Live" - those three words should have equal weight. But the Buy and Sell are the foundations of real estate, so they need to be more visible.
I'm not crazy about the all green color combos. Please work with the different color combinations that I mentioned in the brief: "Definitely vibrant shades of green, such as lime or kelly, but NO neon. Paired with EITHER browns, greys, or I especially like greens with navy blue, but a very muted and/or dark navy (no royal, no primary - a blue with lots of grey in it) - think Vera Bradley navy paired with shades of green."
#29 is too monochromatic, so if you are working with green and grey, it needs to be a richer, darker grey.
I like the changes in #48 and #49. I think that Buy Sell and Live need to be the same weight - perhaps put them all on one line, with ATLANTA on the second line below them, but the same length as the Buy Sell Live line. Does that make sense? And then Maura Neill, REALTOR beneath on a third line.
I think the blue in #49 is too bright - I'm looking for more of a navy blue. Dark, rich, desaturated. You may also try it with a deep grey, like a pewter? If you could show me the text changes with those two color options, it may make a huge difference.
