I generally quite like your design. The pegasus itself could be a bit more masculine, especially the nose part is a bit narrow.

Also you can take the PTY LTD bit out of the logo

I think the nose can be shorten a litte bit.
The latest one have a more square shape which is better then the original rounder shape, but it's a little bit too long.
I tried to play around with it on Photoshop and shorten it and I like it better, but I don't know how to show you as I can't attached any picture via comment

Also the body shape of the pegasus is a bit too rounded, if it can be a bit stronger it might look better. It's hard to explain but if you look at the other entry the pegasus on the other design have a stronger shape and overall I like that shape and the length and shape of the nose is good as well.
