I know there is one problem: 'BUSINESS' has 8 characters and FLIGHTS has 7 characters. Thats is why the fist one is small than the later.
Try making them same font size.
Also different styles of monogram on the left.

You have made some nice logos. Please make some with straigh font (not italic). Black and Red colours. But different variations and styles.
More variations of letters 'B' &'F' on the left of Business Flights.

This looks awesome but can be improved.

You have really made amazing logos, but make some with straight font style as well please
