Really, the straight, linear logos that we are doing now, are not the direction I want to go.

I like both of these… thank you, I am only going to rank one, as I need everyone in the top 5 today. on 342, is it possible, to add some royal purple somewhere (maye it doesnt work), make the Beyond stand out a bit more and somehow not have it so long…?

I really like the abstract design, can you provide a reverse logo, and also see about having two hills in the abstract? I am responding to the critique from a friend that my logos look like a vacation resort….

My thus far favorite is #350. It looks luxury and very powerful.
Since you requested sunset & elegant style, it is easily linked to vacation industry. But for you business, let me describe the message behind the logo :)

the birds present the idea of financial freedom/growth for the business women
the circle which is the sunset means unity line, being solid & power in the business they are running
the line symbolized geographical and psycological borders/taking risk
