Please see the attached logo "Southern Forests" and do a version with similar typography. Single line uppercase and smaller font. 5 years ago osborne196 commented on #58 Could you scale down the size of the font a bit. It's a bit big and loses balance with the image. Maybe reduce the length and width a little on the two lines. 5 years ago osborne196 commented on #79 ..some think the orange trail looks more like a straight road with the white edge lines; Any way to change the white lines into gentle S-curves to give idea of meandering path? Thx. 5 years ago osborne196 commented on #79 Nice. Looks like walkers are on a symbolic trail (the orange). 5 years ago osborne196 commented on #75 The larger are a good change. 5 years ago osborne196 commented on #58 Pictorial looks fine. Still not sure about the font: Maybe a version with more informal look, like Mistral, MV Boli, Segoe Script or similar? And try Bushwalking WA all on one line; And would a sloping/curved/shaped text line work? 5 years ago osborne196 commented on #51 The bird shape is better, but the wispy tail doesn't look like a cockatoo. See pictures at end of brief docx. Having the two different bird shapes (as in the docx), but smaller could be better as the birds move in flocks. 5 years ago osborne196 commented on #41 A less 'blocky' font for textwould be better, (eg Beatnik SF or similar?), and maybe with more informal look, like Mistral, MV Boli, Segoe Script or similar?) Font color might be better to be green (more nature color, or maybe just black). Trees OK but maybe less saturated colors for hills, water etc. 5 years ago osborne196 commented on #39 Bird shape doesn't work well: looks like a hawk not a cockatoo parrot. See updated brief docx for typical bird shapes, but leave out if it makes logo too cluttered. 5 years ago osborne196 commented on #38 We have uploaded updated docx brief (vers 3) with cockatoo parrot image that may be useful for creating silhouette shapes. 5 years ago osborne196 commented on #37 Figures need to look like hikers i.e. small backpacks. A simpler font might look better. WA needs to be same sized caps as the 'B'. 5 years ago osborne196 commented on #27 Too closely mimics the Southern Forest logo. Check brief; Need hiker figures; Trees not typical WA shape. Bushwalking WA needs to be all same font. Could include some orange/ochre clolor around path to suggest part desert envro. with water to left. 5 years ago
