Thank you for your feedback. Following your suggestions I focused on the airplane. I'm still not quite sure of what kind of feel you pursue.

The guy is along the right lines, but he looks a little too much like a young Santa Claus. :). We like the plane, too. But it's probably too much to have both elements on the logo. We would be interested to see you try something with just the plane and the name. And another that is just the guy, and the name. We looked at your portfolio and you do really great work! We'd love to see more ideas from you.
