Change the blue part of the text to #00253F
Change the green line, cord and phone to #E45E32
Change the grey part of the text to whatever shade you believe is appropriate or leave it as is if you think that works (not too dark as I like the contrast).
Can you confirm you supply as a transparent background Adobe Illustrator file with a width of at least 10,000px

Id really love to see a combo of your first 2 designs.
I like the lower case text. I like the ".doctor" in lower case and less dominant than it is in this version.
I like the heart monitor and phone at the end.
Can you please try one with the lower case text and layout from 1st place, include the heart monitor (and text distortion using a stroke as you have here) and put the phone on the right as you have here so I can see that please?
Id love to see this with the phone icon a little less dominant. I also like your submission with the heart blip monitor.

The medical practice is a pure TELEHEALTH business so it will never used a STETHOSCOPE as all appointments will be by phone or video call.
Can you please try replacing the stethoscope with an icon of a telephone handset with a small twisted cord (like an old school telephone icon)?
