#32 is the first using people, and we like the direction. The book graphic feels to library- or document-like. If people could be integrated to the pages, it would help, but we think that could be too complex or forced.
#1 and #3 are nice and clean. The emphasis on "new" by putting the roof over it is nicely symmetrical, and pays off that this project involves a new building. Could you do a version that replaces the book with people?
When creating people: two people that are larger and one person that is smaller in the middle could hint at a family - might be effective.
