Regarding your question - yes, winning designer should be willing to send different layouts of the winning design and that is something that is usually communicated after the contest is over (so it doesn't sound as influencing on Contest Holder decision).

Bob, this looks great. The only other thing I could ask for would to possibly work in a tomato worm / horn worm into the logo somehow. This looks great though.
