I took a look at the apartments use Google street view. As I imagined I saw that the complex does use a large sign out front, so I designed that logo keeping it simple enough for producing signage as well as for regular everyday printing. I also went with typefaces that would work for signage and be easily read by those driving by. :)
I tried a few of version with some of the being slightly abstract and contemporary and a couple of versions more conservative.
