Really like what you've done but there seems to be a food theme happening. Cupcakes and fruit. Really like the keepsakes option the others are a bit too foodie. Think plush toys rather than food ;-) Also colours should be green, orange, blue and yellow stiring clear of pink as being too obviously girly.

You mentioned in the brief you didn't want actual plush toys, otherwise I'd be all over that :)

I have to admit that with a name like "buddies and bears" it's hard not to picture a bear in the logo, it's too restrictive, IMO.

Had an idea for a bird theme.

Love what you've done with the baby looking back colourwise and love the tree. The bird are lovely to but maybe just a bit too grown up for what I'm looking for.

I have to say you are doing an amazing job. I love the tree!!! Ok, I will try and put my thoughts down in point form to make it a bit easier for both of us ;-)

So I’m down to these 2 with the following suggestions/changes
1)baby looking back with pink bottom and 2) the tree.

BABY LOOKING BACK PINK BOTTOM
1) Pros:
- I love the font style in this design (pink bottom)
- I love the word "Keepsakes" and the font style you have chosen here also.
- I would like to keep "keepsakes" in my chosen logo.
- I didn't think I would like the baby but it's growing on me ;-)
- I much prefer the colours you have chosen in “Baby Looking Back (pink bottom)” as opposed to the colours you did on the second option even though you matched them from my brief.
Cons:
- The only thing I was thinking could it be maybe a bit brighter and "stand-outish" ?? Maybe Bolder??


TREE DESIGN
For your tree design which is also gorgeous
Pros:
- LOVE the tree
- Love the birds
- Love how this logo stands out
Cons:
There aren't really any cons but more "suggestions" on this one......
- I'm not a big fan of the green bird. Was thinking of maybe replacing that with another love heart or maybe a bird house or bird nest???
- Maybe trying different colours in the company name - not sure if this would work on this logo.. Like a random letter or the "&"? This colour can also be the same colour as the newly added love heart / bird house / bird nest.
- Is it too hard to design a monkey and/or maybe a bunch of smaller baby monkeys also (I don't mind if the monkey is a strange coloured monkey just to separate it from the brown of the tree).
- I would like to see the word "Keepsakes" incorporated on this logo please.
- Coule you please try a couple of layout variations - the company name inline with the bottom of the tree (the tree would be on the left hand side and the company name would start right under the blue bird and next to the tree root) And also the tree being at the end of the company name and going up and over the word "Bears" - and maybe changing the positions of the birds ????

I hope all the above makes sense. If you don't think something would work then please let me know, I am not a designer ;-)

I have to say, you are exceeding my expectations. I am loving your work. It's almost getting hard to narrow down all the favourites !!!!

OK, nearly there now.

The back to back B&B is fantastic but I'm wondering is it at all possible to make the "B" s a little bit more defined?

And with the monkey one could you please delete the pink and orange monkeys and replace the pink monkey with either a pink or orange love heart.

Please don't post any others Anna becasue time is running out and it just makes it harder ;-)
