Item #7 catches my eye with the BB - a clever way to leverage the first letter of my first and last name. The vertical element between that and the name spelled out causes my eye to pause briefly and look at both elements in the logo - and I like that because that brief pause forces me to look at the brand name.
I'm not sure if the brown color connects to associations with confidence, competence, friendliness. I realize that's a tall order but perhaps you could play with the color palette and find something that's more engaging than the brown.
After a fresh look, I am attracted to the professional look this conveys (#7), so I'm good with that. But the sense of friendliness or approachability still need some work.
Entry #9 has a strong design element that is close to conveying the idea of a bridge. I could make this work because in a sense what my work consists of is helping people reconnect, rediscover or (in this case) crossing back over whatever obstacles got them on the wrong path. We are a bridge back to the right track in life.
So maybe a bit of work to punch up the feelings of reconnecting or rediscovering our path or our work. The colors connect with my name but seem a bit sterile. How well does this color palette convey confidence, experience, skill, professional ability?
