Bubble & HatchLogo Design Contest

I like the stacking of the name - maybe incorporate the ampersand into the name a little more (have it intersect the letters?) and I like the BH in the egg but not a huge fan of the graphic. Other ideas? Also how would it look in Black & white as well as with a tag line under it - "consulting" or "marketing consultants". Thanks!
