this logo is too formal , the shapes around the btr name does not mean anything. a shape may be added around the words but a shape has to mean something about our business

The bridge is a good idea but ithe figurr must be attached with the words , the letters maybe. Part of a bridge or something like tat. İ do not prefer seperate figure and words.

Putting the words in a bck round seems nice it seems more structered, framed. Maybe something must be done with the arrow sign, İ think you mean btr does the sourcing but iooks diagramic, something can be done with it

You can drop the arrow and improve the bridge commecting all the words ..also no need for black colour ad it is too dark..
