re: husk - i like this! not too shabby for a very first logo!! my feedback is this:
- i am looking for a more structured font to offset the swirly-ness of the logo itself. like an all caps or all lower case, similar to copperplate or century gothic type style.
- maybe some little colorful flower buds in amongst the tree?
- EVEN more vibrant green in the tree - i am okay with it looking a little less delicate in order to capture the boldness i am looking for.
- i looked at your profile and you have some great logos!
thanks for being so prompt!

re: entry #2 - i like this better than the other one. the font is much better, structured as i asked. i love the way the roots go down into the o's.
- let's play around with the type of tree, maybe give me a few more examples of leaf types, tree shapes, etc?
- also maybe try a more bluey-purple or lightblue flower vs pink
- i like the way BROWNROOTS and the leaves of the tree are the same colors. i do like the golden brown, but maybe just show me some other options for colors that will work there.
very nice work, thank you!

Here is a different approach - the buds didn't seem right on this version so I left them off, but if you are tied to that idea I can work them in ? ...

i do like #6, can we try a slightly less cartoon-y tree? i thought that's what i wanted, but maybe something a tiny bit more realistic, just to make it look a bit more mature. this is really good though, thankyou!

Thanks for coming back to me ... do you want to keep the swirls on the roots and O's ? or something altogether more straightforward like this ?
