And people thought your logo resembled the wings of a plane, which they liked. So in order to bring that out more, what about flattening the top of the mark and adding a tiny bit more to bottom?

and a tweak on my last suggestion, how about making the the mark black or dark blue in same color as BH, then make the & orange-red, and law firm orange-red?

and there was some resistance to your due to blue background. Its pretty but if we will be using this in many places, it might be hard to reproduce. So maybe use white background?

I like this better than the other set up you had with similar layout. Maybe increase size of &.

See how personal injury attorneys look, trial lawyers, or just blank and I will insert tag line when we get one locked down.
