This will be the winning logo.

Nothing , we love it but it doesnt fit the website design exactly so we may need to modify the website.

Not quite like this. Different cursive font. Look at other jewelry stores for examples. Search google for diamond jewelry and look at all the jewelry stores.

The font is not nice, too informal. The layout is nice. Could be New York NY at the bottom
