i like the circle but what exactly is that star? what does it represent?

For #19, I was thinking of the simplicity of a pinwheel while it being a shape of a star. Pinwheels can represent the innocence of childhood and the wind that blows through pinwheels can represent the force that makes it work/spin/change. The overall shape of the star signifies brightness and possibilites.
It is different from my earlier star designs, the stars previously had many colors to show that children with any disorder from any background or ethnicity can shine...
