Ok but not see this # 5 serif, san serif or script font like it?

Hi, want to see if is posible to add 5 little stars on top of the yellow print, also I like to see if you can change the lettering. If you can see on the ranking the one that I selected # 5 that have a Engle I want to see if you can maybe have something like that.
