This one is growing one me . . . I like the "conversation bubbles." It conveys the idea of fostering conversations. But it might be too busy. I'll need to give it some thought.

#15-- Could you take out the border and vary the proportions of the bubbles, just write "BYU COMMS" and have the tails of the bubbles come from different directions? Make the bubbles a darker blue (try Pantone 282).
