The use of the letters as a bridge is very nice and more in line with what we are looking for. The addition of the children is creative and adds a lively energy; however, they do not actually match the characters in the show so it's probably best not to have children or characters as part of the logo.
I like the curved letters of #9 but the shadowed background is a bit too busy. I wonder what it would look like with black around the lettering on the entry/ies rather than white or dark blue.
