Logo needs to be able to be positioned horizontally since different corporate identity items may require different orientation of the identity block. Thanks.

Technically, you can use any color you want with this type of the logo, depending on your corporate identity item needs / packaging / products. But you need to secure the color scheme for the light background, for the logo you want to trademark officially

Thank you. I am trying not to loose a street art vibe you requested. The bolt actually has a legitimate option to have a color accent. Here, we can colorize only one of the three parts of the identity block and it won't be as good as it is now. This particular design style requires one color only with the contrast on the background. The color could be different. It could be black on light bg, white on dark bg, orange on dark, yellow on dark, etc (think when you produce stencil graphics on the wall with a paint can spray). I'll do the revisions you requested but please think about my suggestion ))
