I like the white background and yes, "coaching" is much better. Thanks for the changes. All top 5 logos are great in one way or another. I will get some feedback and make a decision within the next day or two.

Thank you for the feedback,...I've made two variations - this one and the one on entry #214.

I find 182 more balanced. Maybe just suble the word Coaching (unbold) and upsize the subline words. This logo will go on my website as well as different print media, so the subline words (Develop-Transform-Thrive) need to be legible. Thanks

Thanks, I find them all interesting but prefer this one the most. However, I like the word coaching to be more subtle and not stand out as much. The message "break loose and fly" as well as the subline showing the possible transformation (develop-transform-trive) are more important than the word coaching.
