The Brand Names logo needs a strong, elegant, pictorial element featuring uppercase BN. Please check out rough mock-up at http://www.twoguysandatruck.com/Brand-Names-logo.zip

You could use the crest, or a shield, but I definitely prefer the font shown.

You've already sent me this info via private message, I take into account client info and apply that info to best suite the product brand, and my design style anyone can COPY an existing design....unfortunate my designs do not meet your needs.
