Yes. You can have both, one horizontal and one vertical version.

ok, we like this and #90 because we will be using one for signs and one for business cards. Can we have both? secondly the color of the B has to be more red as opposed to burgundy. and lastly, please just make sure between 87 and 90, the font types and sizes are similar.

With this two different types theme do you mean vertical and horizontal version? If so, then it is possible.

Maybe just a little less bold, not much though. Are you able create two different types of logos or just one for this contest

i like this but words should be black and majority of logo should be black and red and only hint of gray

like this design! can you just make the "real estate group" a little bigger? maybe we can also try the logo on the left and the wording on the right. try some different styles - but this is the favorite thus far. please see the attachment "real estate mogul group" and try to get ideas from that. if you can provide a few more options that would be great.
