This is the second logo we would want as a transparency?

I like this design as the winner, but just confirming that the actual logo will be the white rectangle with black background inside the rectangle? So for other uses of the logo we will need a transparency of the other logo you did.Plus the font names used. - do we get all of this at the end of contest ?
