Quite like the concept of #9. Would love to see a few more variations on this design, with the perspective of the letters more closely matching the perspective of the box edges. Maybe also one with lower case letters or some with different font examples?
Your other two entries #8 and #7 are a little wide - I like the compactness of #9.
