Here are a couple of ideas using the letters "B" and "S" to form a butterfly.
Revisions welcome.

I like the butterfly, I would like to see it more 3D with some depth. I would also be very interested if you had any original ideas that don't have to have the butterfly.

A woman's body as the body of the butterfly.
The icon can be perceived in two different ways:
*She's laying down in total relaxation (thanks to a trip to your boutique/spa)
*She's rejuvenated (flying/soaring) thanks to a trip to your boutique/spa.

I like the colors. I am not really liking the logo on this one though.

The wings of the butterfly were created using the negative space of a capital "B."
