I mean move church to the right, for example. Manor is ok as it is

my apologies, what the mean of "church better off-centre" (english is not my main language).
is it means i should put church and manor side by side instead of church at center of manor? (current position)

There are no mountains there. May be church better off-centre? We like the shape and color
