Hi,
we liked #101 logo very much.
it's lightweight and that is a characteristic we'd like to stress out.
In our opinion, the logo still miss an element that will emphasize that we will raze our customers business activity.
Can you please upload a version without the upper bow and with some kind of an arrow pointing upright.
maybe from the letter Y , can be internal or some kind of a "hat" covering it's right arm.

That's right keep the letters O apart from the rest, you can try Maybe gray instead of black. Or a combination of yellow and dark gray
