Thanks Vene,

I like your logo best so far. The color scheme and reflection look good. Can you try a few other cool fonts and add the "Review" to the right side of "Bootycall" facing upwards?

Hi, thanks for the feedback.

Do you prefer more regular fonts or you'd rather go with script/ handwriting font?

Cheers

Thanks Vene,

More regular fonts would be preferred rather than script or handwritten fonts. If you can do something really cool that I like I have no problem ending the contest early.

Thanks,
Mario

Hey Mario,

Here's the new versions of the logo.
#21 more typographic
#22 & #23
# 24 & #25 - I thought I'd give it a try with that retro chic and I think it works well :)
& #26 - simple and clean look

I'd appreciate it if you tell me what you think.

update #27 - I made the shadow resemble the silhouette of a lying woman
14 years ago

I like #27 the best but I think if you gave it these of the elements from #7 it would look really cool:

-A shadow that looks more like a glare (think Apple Applications)
-White border around the letters (I noticed you did that with other entries and it looks good and gives it more of a 3D bubbly effect
-The "C" in Bootycall should be lowercased

It would also be interesting to see one logo with the "Review" text appear the same as the Bootycall because I really think it will make sense to put as much emphasis as possible on the fact that it will be a review site. Let me know what you think.

Thanks,
Mario

Hello Mario,

I uploaded a couple of new versions with your suggestions. I think "Review" is quite visible now :)
I think #33 is a bit more dynamic because of the "Review" position. I don't know if you will like the grey color though. Let me know.

Cheers

Hi Vene,

I've been reviewing the logos with my partner and w both have come to the conclusion that the colors should not be AS feminine since half of our viewers will be male. Here are our thoughts:

1. Use the same font and grey border for the logo but change the color to look like the image attached to the brief. It is a plum metallic-like color. Also ad some "shiny accents" if you can.

2. Place the "Review" text directly to the right "Bootycall". (like the image in the brief) This should be the same size and font.

Can you come up with something new for me please? I look forward to hearing back from you.

Thanks,
Mario

Also may look good if the grey border goes around the entire logo. to give it a smooth, clean look.

Hi Mario, here's what I came up with. Is that what you had in mind?

#58 looks best but I still think we can do better with the color gradient. It looks too dark around the corners and sides and shouldn't have the silhouette of a girls body within the text (everyone that I've shown it too can't determine what it is anyway).

I think the gradient should look for like #51 where it seems to give it a "glare" effect which is really what I want. See what you can come up with...we are almost there!

Please also check out #42 where the grey fades out along the edge of the grey border. This is a cool effect also.

I know you've put a lot of work in to this, so I'll definitely take that in to consideration!

I've received several other opinions and a lot of people like #7 but if the "review" was upright underneath "call" in bootycall. It needs to stand out more.

Please try to do something really cool with this...Also I dont mind increasing the contest amount or offering you more $$$ to get this just right. I really want a great final product.

Thanks,
Mario

Hi Mario, here are the last updates
#70 & #71

Hey Vene,

Last round :) Please modify the color scheme on #88 to match that of #97.

I like your layout best but I like the light grey border, color, and gradient of #97. It will look cleaner with these updates.

Thanks
